Mark as Useful Caller stated he was calling from company known as IC3. Since the nature of my work involves investigations, I believe the caller was spooked because he hung up on me as I was checking the phone number.

Mark as Useful This number is to RBC Bank Collections. They refuse to identify themselves and come off as if they are CIA. They keep calling my office for someone that is not associated with my company. They act like I am hiding this person. I wish I knew where Mr. X was, so they would stop calling.

Mark as Useful I received this call this morning at 2:33 AM, with an automated message about pressing "1" to reactivate. I'm going to file complaints with every agency I can. But not after I call these f*****s and ream them a new one.
